Sale Associate - New Home Sales

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join an established New Home Sales team.

Working alongside experienced Sales Consultants in a display-based environment, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales journey – from initial customer enquiries and lead qualification through to appointments, follow-ups and supporting customers as they begin the exciting process of building their new home.

As a display-based role, weekend work is required, with two rostered days off during the week.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with prospective home buyers and qualifying enquiries
• Following up new and existing sales leads
• Assisting Sales Consultants with appointments and customer enquiries
• Building strong relationships with prospective buyers
• Maintaining CRM records and managing customer follow-ups
• Learning house designs, pricing, land options and the building process
• Providing sales and administrative support to the wider team
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction

About You:

Ideally, you'll have previous experience within New Home Sales, residential construction, real estate or property, along with a genuine customer-first approach and a passion for building a rewarding, long-term career within the new homes industry.

You'll bring:
