Talk to a human

Bugs, tool ideas, partnership requests or a question about Pro. We usually reply within two business days.

  • Found a bug?
Tell us which tool, which browser, and what you expected.
  • Want a tool?
The launch set came from requests. Yours could be next.
  • Privacy question?
Read the privacy policy first — most answers are there.

What to expect when you write to us

One person reads this inbox. Replies normally arrive within two business days and occasionally take longer over a weekend or a public holiday — this is an independent project, not a support desk with a rota. You will always get a reply from a human; nothing here is answered by an autoresponder, and your address is used only to write back to you.

What to include so we can actually help

Most messages that go unresolved are missing one of these. If you are reporting something broken, the four facts that shorten the fix from days to minutes are:

  • Which tool, by name or URL — "the QR generator" or the full address of the page.
  • Which browser and device, including the version if you know it. "Safari on an iPhone" already narrows it enormously; rendering and file-download bugs are almost always browser-specific.
  • What you expected and what happened instead. "The download button did nothing" is more useful than "it's broken".
  • The exact wording of any error message, copied rather than described.

Please do not paste passwords, API keys, bank details, passport or visa numbers, or a full unredacted resume into the form. We do not need them, and a support inbox is the wrong place for them. If a problem can only be demonstrated with real data, say so and we will work out a safer way to reproduce it.

Requests we get a lot

  • "Can you build a tool that…" — yes, ask. Several of the calculators on this site exist because someone asked for them. The ideas board is the faster route: suggestions there are public once reviewed, other people can upvote them, and the ones with votes get built first.
  • "Something in an article is wrong or out of date." Tell us which article and which sentence. Notice periods, tax thresholds and salary figures go stale, and we would rather correct them than defend them. Corrections are made and noted — the editorial policy explains how we handle facts and AI-assisted drafting.
  • "I want my data deleted." You can delete your account and everything attached to it yourself, immediately, from your profile page — you do not need to ask us. If you would rather we did it, or you want a copy of your data first, write in and say which you want. The privacy policy sets out the rights that apply in the EU and UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), Canada (PIPEDA) and Australia, and how long we have to answer.
  • "Do you take guest posts or link exchanges?" No. We do not publish sponsored articles, accept paid links, or swap links. If an article ever contains an affiliate link it is disclosed inside that article.
  • "Can I advertise here?" Advertising is served by Google AdSense, so there is nothing to buy from us directly.

Other ways to reach the same answers

Before writing, it is worth checking whether the answer already exists: pricing covers what Pro includes and what the free daily limits are, the AI use disclaimer explains what happens to text you paste into the AI tools and which providers may see it, and about says who runs the site and how it pays for itself. Legal and privacy requests can also be raised through this form — mark the subject line clearly and it will be routed correctly.
