Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives, assist with campaign coordination, help organize promotional activities, and work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support the marketing team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate marketing materials, presentations, events, and campaign activities.

• Maintain organized records, reports, and marketing documentation.
• Assist with market and competitor research.
• Track campaign activity and help prepare performance updates.

• Ensure marketing materials and communications remain consistent with company standards.
