Account Executive (Full-time and Part-time)

We have two positions available:

• 37 hours per week
• 29.6 hours per week

As an Account Executive, you will:

Generate new business opportunities, strengthen employer retention, and support the growth of Weston College's employer portfolio. The postholder will build and develop relationships with employers of all sizes, positioning apprenticeships as a workforce development solution while promoting the College's wider education and training offer. The role will focus on securing new business, growing existing employer partnerships, and identifying opportunities for repeat engagement.

Within this role you will be working closely with Strategic Account Managers and the Director of Apprenticeship Sales, the Account Executive will contribute to apprenticeship recruitment, starts, retention and income targets through business development, lead generation, employer engagement and relationship management activities, ensuring delivery aligns with the College's strategic priorities and growth ambitions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in sales, business development, customer service or employer engagement.
• Understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Understanding of effective sales and business development techniques.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
