Role Purpose

The purpose of the Software Engineer role is to design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions that support business operations, client requirements, and growth strategies. This role ensures systems and applications are secure, scalable, and compliant, while enabling automation, innovation, and seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems that support logistics operations, including freight tracking, warehouse management, and transport scheduling.
• Implement secure and scalable applications to streamline supply chain workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate software solutions with existing logistics platforms, ERP systems, and client interfaces for seamless data exchange.
• Apply coding standards and testing practices to ensure reliability, compliance, and performance of applications.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, resolving issues to minimize downtime in logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and company IT policies.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent overseas qualifications may be accepted if assessed as comparable.

Experience:

• Minimum two years of professional experience in software development, systems integration, or application support.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain systems is highly regarded.
