Job Description

Fairmont Chateau Whistler is seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help tell the story of one of Canada's most iconic mountain resorts. Combining strategic marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling, this role is ideal for a marketer who can move seamlessly from big-picture thinking to hands-on execution, creating content and campaigns that inspire guests and elevate our luxury brand.

This is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications 

  • Bring integrated marketing campaigns to life across digital, social, email, print, and on-property channels
  • Create compelling content including photography, video, copy, and social media that captures the Fairmont Chateau Whistler experience
  • Maintain and optimize hotel websites while supporting SEO and emerging AI search strategies
  • Use analytics and insights to measure performance, identify opportunities, and improve results
  • Develop luxury-aligned marketing collateral, promotional materials, and guest communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns year-round
