About Us:A-Apollo Windows & Doors Ltd. is a growing manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors serving customers across Western Canada. We manufacture our own windows and doors, fabricate our own sealed glass units, and install with our own crews from our facility in northeast Calgary.We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a practical, production-focused marketing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our website, tracking and reporting on marketing performance, producing video content, and creating graphic design assets that support sales across our residential and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:Website management:
- Maintain, update, and build pages on the company WordPress website, including service pages, landing pages, and product content.
- Manage plugins, themes, updates, backups, and staging to keep the site secure and current.
- Optimize site speed, image compression, and mobile performance.
- Build and maintain web forms and ensure enquiries reach the CRM correctly.
- Apply on-page SEO and structured data so pages are found in search and in AI-generated answers.
- Make basic HTML and CSS adjustments as required.
Analytics and tracking:
- Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including events and conversion tracking.
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Business Profile.
- Apply UTM tagging consistently across all campaigns, emails, and social links.
- Track lead sources from first click through to enquiry and maintain accurate source records in the CRM.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering traffic, leads, and campaign results.
Video production:
- Film and edit video content on the production floor, at job sites, and at trade shows.
- Produce short-form vertical video for social media, plus longer content for the website and trade use.
- Edit, add subtitles, color correct, and prepare video for each platform's specifications.
- Maintain and organize the video and photography asset library.
General marketing support:
- Manage Ad campaigns.
- Ideas for post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Write website copy, captions, email content, and responses to online reviews.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Two or more years of hands-on marketing experience, in-house or agency.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, including page building, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including setting up events and conversions.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Zoho CRM is an asset.
- Familiar with marketing technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Optional:
- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva at a professional standard.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or the windows and doors industry is an asset.
