Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced and organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established organisation for an initial four-week temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the Industrial Division with a broad range of marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a capable marketing all-rounder who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, working with internal stakeholders and keeping projects moving.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the coordination and delivery of events for the Industrial Division
• Managing marketing requests from internal stakeholders
• Coordinating marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Preparing clear and detailed briefs for the graphic designer
• Completing website updates or coordinating changes with the relevant team
• Tracking deadlines, approvals and outstanding requests
• Providing general marketing and administrative support to the division
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with additional projects as required

• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar broad marketing role
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Experience preparing creative or graphic design briefs
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating events, collateral or website content
