DESCRIPTION:Program Overview\n\n \n\nThe National Science Foundation (NSF
 ) I-Corps Southeast Hub provides specialized training to teams interested
  in exploring the commercial viability of their ideas for products and bu
 sinesses based on their own inventions\, university intellectual property
 \, or any STEM-related technology. This 7-week cohort is tailored specifi
 cally for life sciences innovators - including researchers\, clinicians\,
  and entrepreneurs working in related fields.\n\n \n\nThe I-Corps program
  is designed to equip scientists\, engineers\, and innovators from med te
 ch\, health tech\, drugs\, devices\, diagnostics\, theraputics\, etc. wit
 h the skills to expand their focus beyond the confines of the university 
 laboratory.\n\n \n\nCompetitive Funding Available\n\nTeams accepted into 
 the cohort may be eligible for competitive funding to support their custo
 mer discovery efforts\, helping offset costs associated with travel\, int
 erviews\, and market research conducted throughout the program.\n\n \n\nK
